1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Zorro4D ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://zorro4d.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content made available through the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on Zorro4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Zorro4D platform.

These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and Zorro4D.

To register and maintain an Account with Zorro4D, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while the Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Age verification may be required at any time, and Zorro4D reserves the right to request official documentation to confirm your date of birth.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting as a private individual and not as a representative of any commercial, professional, or business entity for the purpose of gambling on the platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of such individuals associated with Zorro4D or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from Zorro4D, and you are not subject to any existing self-exclusion arrangement through a third-party responsible gambling programme that covers Zorro4D.
• You are not suffering from a recognised gambling addiction or disorder at the time of registration. If you become aware of such a condition after registration, you are encouraged to contact our support team to request account restrictions or self-exclusion.

Zorro4D reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an existing Account, or permanently close an Account where eligibility conditions are found not to have been met, whether at the point of registration or at any subsequent time.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on Zorro4D. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise additional accounts ("Multi-Accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where the Company identifies multiple accounts operated by or on behalf of the same individual, Zorro4D reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets, and withhold or recover any bonuses, winnings, or funds linked to those accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

Players must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Players must promptly update their account details if any information changes after registration. Zorro4D accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Zorro4D recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a strong, unique password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is your responsibility, unless you have notified Zorro4D of a security breach in writing prior to the activity occurring.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Zorro4D may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, raising account limits, or at any point deemed necessary for anti-money-laundering compliance. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Zorro4D platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following general conditions of use apply at all times:

• You will use the platform for personal entertainment only and not for commercial gain through prohibited means including, but not limited to, arbitrage, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion.
• You will not use automated tools, scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other Players.
• You will not access the platform via a proxy service, virtual private network, or any other method designed to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform's systems, infrastructure, or other Players' experience.
• You accept that all gaming and wagering results are subject to the random-number-generation or live-dealing processes applicable to each game or market, and that no external interference, manipulation, or influence is permissible.

6. Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Zorro4D accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-centric payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR and Transfer, FPX bank transfer (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and others), and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). Available methods are displayed within the Account cashier and may be subject to change.

6.2 Currency and Minimum Deposits

The primary transactional currency on Zorro4D is MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Players should refer to the cashier section for current minimum and maximum deposit thresholds. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted at an equivalent MYR value based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another Player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

6.4 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay are generally credited within a short timeframe. Bank transfers processed via FPX or DuitNow are typically reflected within 5–10 minutes, subject to banking system availability. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain network confirmation, which may take 15–30 minutes depending on network congestion. Zorro4D makes no guarantee of specific processing times.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have successfully completed the applicable level of KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Zorro4D reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory identity verification or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity.

7.2 Payment Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent that the method supports outbound transfers. Where a method does not support withdrawals (for example, certain prepaid instruments), an alternative verified method in the Player's name may be approved upon request.

7.3 Wagering Completion

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds with outstanding wagering obligations will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, and only the remaining real-money balance (if any) will be eligible for withdrawal.

7.4 Processing Times and Fees

Zorro4D aims to process withdrawal requests within its standard operational timeframe. Actual crediting times depend on the payment method and any applicable network or banking processing periods. Zorro4D does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party processing fees applied by payment providers are outside the Company's control.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards offered by Zorro4D are subject to these general terms as well as any additional conditions specific to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, validity period, and maximum cashout limits will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; for example, certain live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Zorro4D maintains the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, restrict promotional access, or close an Account where it reasonably believes a Player is abusing promotional offers. This includes but is not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, and collusion with other Players to exploit offers.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Zorro4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each offer's terms. All promotional decisions by Zorro4D are final.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the Zorro4D platform are subject to the rules applicable to each product type. By placing a wager, the Player acknowledges and agrees to the following general principles:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be amended, transferred, or cancelled after placement except where expressly permitted by specific product rules.
• Zorro4D reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, data feed failures, incorrect odds publication, or events that are subsequently found to have been manipulated.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and may vary by game, market, Player account tier, and other factors. The applicable limits are displayed at the point of wagering.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, Zorro4D's records shall be the primary reference for verification. If platform data is unavailable, results from the relevant official governing body or game provider shall be used.
• Sports betting markets, including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions available on the Zorro4D sportsbook, are governed by the specific sport and market rules displayed within the betting interface.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Zorro4D platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account with false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Introducing malicious software, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems or other Players' accounts.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in games or markets.
• Using any prohibited third-party tools, software, or data services that provide an artificial competitive advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Providing fraudulent or tampered documentation during KYC or verification processes.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, Zorro4D may immediately suspend or terminate the Account, withhold any balance pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue recovery of any losses incurred by the Company.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by Zorro4D

Zorro4D reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity; (c) verification of identity or payment method is outstanding; or (d) the suspension is required by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement obligation.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Zorro4D support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zorro4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any loss of funds resulting from authorised or unauthorised account activity; (c) interruptions to the service, including system downtime, technical failures, or delays in payment processing; (d) reliance on information presented on the platform, including odds, results, or promotional communications.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Zorro4D makes no warranty that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities, although we take reasonable and commercially appropriate steps to maintain platform security and stability.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or made available through the Zorro4D platform are the property of Zorro4D or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any rights to reproduce, distribute, adapt, translate, display, or commercially exploit any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the respective rights holder.

Players may access and use the platform exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as contemplated by these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zorro4D is registered and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the Zorro4D support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority of the applicable jurisdiction.

Zorro4D encourages Players to first contact the support team to resolve any concern. Most account, payment, and bonus disputes are resolvable through the standard support process without the need for formal proceedings.

16. Amendments to These Terms

Zorro4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice posted on the platform and, where appropriate, via registered email. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 11.2.
